  • Connect the adapter cable to the corresponding cable at the side of the cushion.
  • Plug the home adapter into an outlet.

  • When finished, place the controller in the pouch at the side of the seat cushion and unplug the adapter from the outlet or receptacle.
  • Do not set up or use the massager in a bathroom or similarly wet/damp areas as such an environment may reduce the lifespan of the massager mechanism.

Return Policy

Returns allowed within 14 days upon receipt. Please email support@snailax.com for a return authorization. Returns must be in unused condition with all labels still attached. Returns that adhere to our return policy will be refunded the purchase price (minus original shipping fees).
