Return Policy:

Returns allowed within 14 days upon receipt. Please email support@snailax.com for a return authorization. Returns must be in unused condition with all labels still attached. Returns that adhere to our return policy will be refunded the purchase price (minus original shipping fees). Customer is responsible for return shipping, and we suggest return via trackable common carrier.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
